We are passionate about giving back to our community and being a socially responsible business.

Wounded Warrior is near and dear to Dr. Chesla’s heart. As a retired United States Marine Officer, he believes it is his honor and privilege to serve these amazing men and women. We provide free Lean Six Sigma Green Belt training and certification to boost their resumes and provide useful and translatable skills. We also do our best to use our massive network and get them lined up for jobs as they make their final transition to civilian life.

H&H Horse Rescue and Sanctuary is a 501(c)(3). We donate 5-7 hours per week socializing with the horses, performing various chores around the farm, and washing the animals. Dr. Chesla admits he has fallen head over heels in love with his Clydesdale Woodland Eleanor! “After a long hard week of running a business it is her who rescues me,” he says. Sarah also takes care of marketing, event planning and coordination as the COO of H&H. Our goal in 2021 is to connect H&H with our network at the Veterans Affairs office and Wounded Warriors to provide therapy horses for veterans. We will keep you updated on how all this is unfolding.

National Marine Corps Business Network (NMCBN) is a 501(c)(3). They describe themselves as a “boots on the ground” national networking group specifically for Marines and our beloved Navy Corpsman. Dr. Chesla is the President of the West Michigan Chapter. He loves to host and plan the events, and bring in guest speakers; however, what he really enjoys is the camaraderie and networking with fellow Devil Dogs! Observing one brother or sister help another is a feeling that there are no words to describe.

Reveille Ranch is a God-ordained mission place on Dr. Luke and Sarah’s hearts in 2009. The paperwork is currently being filed, mission and vision statements in development, and money being stashed away! All we know right now is that God called us to open a drug and alcohol rehab center for veterans and first responders with PTSD. We are extremely excited to establish our 501(c)(3) and see what God has in store for us. We will update frequently as this unfolds in 2021.
